Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to retroactively amend a contract with HDR Engineering Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-21-16, item #33), for the final design for the replacement of the Red List bridge carrying NH Route 1B over Little Harbor between the Towns of New Castle and Rye, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. No Additional Funding.
