Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway and Ski Area to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, for discounted price recreational ski and snowboard programs at Cannon Mountain Ski Area, administered by the PSU Student Activities Association. Effective November 17, 2019 through the last day of the 2022 ski season. No State Funds Required. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend an annual payment of $20,000 each year for a total of $60,000 over the duration of the MOA, to be made by the student activities association at PSU in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
