Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Dracut, MA, for roadway resurfacing four Tier 2 roads in District 6, on the basis of a low bid of $3,785,660.97. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $189,283.04 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project.
