Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to lease a 13,438 square foot parcel of State owned land located at the southeast quadrant of the Interstate 93 Exit 12 Interchange in the City of Concord to Capital Hotel Company VI LLC, for $11,250 per year. Effective March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2025, with the option to renew for an additional 5 years at the then-current market value. The Department will assess a $1,100 Administrative Fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
