Authorize the Executive Office to enter into an agreement with the Town of Exeter for the Town to reconstruct a portion of state owned and maintained NH Route 85/Newfields Road from 90 feet south of the center of the railroad overpass (NH Bridge #100/095) just north of the Exeter Public Works Driveway south to the existing Urban Compact approximately 0.6 miles. The Department will contribute up to $550,000 of Betterment funds for drainage and pavement improvements to this section of road. Upon completion of the project the Department will reclassify this section of state owned and maintained class II road to town owned and maintained class IV road. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2020. 100% Betterment Funds.
