Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Signal Systems Inc., Northwood, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $511,753.50 for conversion of permissive left turns to flashing yellow arrow signal configuration. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,587.68 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 6, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
