Description
Authorize to enter into a license agreement with Public Service of NH, d/b/a Eversource Energy, to allow PSNH access through the NHFG-owned William B. Ruger South Wildlife Management Area in Croydon and Newport to maintain utility rights-of-way. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028. No Funding involved.
