Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services to retroactively enter into a grant agreement with the City of Concord, for a total amount of $136,999, for the purpose of continuing a mobile integrated healthcare program called NH Project FIRST. Effective September 30, 2019 through September 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
