Authorize to enter into an agreement with Elliot Health System to provide comprehensive Medication Assisted Treatment, in an amount not to exceed $271,428, thereby increasing the price of the previous four agreements (approved by G&C on 12-5-18, item #22), in the aggregate by $271,428 from $1,125,710 to $1,397,138.
