Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.52 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land located on the southerly side of NH Route 123 in the Town of Alstead to The Crump Revocable Trust, Albert D. Crump and Linda J. Crump, Trustee, for $5,500 plus a $1,100 Administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. The Net proceeds are $5,500. Originally purchased with 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds.
