Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with AECOM Technical Services In., Manchester, NH, for on-call engineering services for various bridge scour projects located throughout the State, for a total amount not to exceed $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2022.
