Description

Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Transportation to reimburse for a portion of the operating expenses at the Nashua DMV-EZ-Pass office, in an amount not to exceed $250,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Highway Funds.
