Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to enter into a contract with Innovision Realty Group LLC, Goffstown, NH, for the management of properties throughout the State, in the amount of $478,776.32. (2)Further authorize to provide funds through rents collected to Innovision Realty Group in the amount of $125,000 to fund the maintenance and management checking accounts used in the management of properties located in Regions 1, 2, and 3. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022.
