Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with MTX Group Inc., Troy, NY, for the design, coordination, facilitation, and documentation of the Customer Relationship Management integration with Salesforce.com, in an amount not to exceed $225,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019, with an option to renew up to 2 times for 3 years each upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (The agency class 027 used to reimburse DoIT is 35% General, 65% Other).
