Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with Legal Files Software Inc., Springfield, IL (originally approved by G&C on 8-22-12, item #11), for the provision of data conversion, implementation and training services for existing Legal Files case tracking software, by increasing the price by $37,174 from $117,564 to $154,738, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2020. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) Funds: The Agency Class 027 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this work will be 63.51% Federal, 36.49% General Funds.
