Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with HDR Engineering Inc., Manchester, NH, for preliminary design for the rehabilitation or replacement of the redlisted bridge (Br. No. 235/025) carrying NH Route 1A over Hampton River in the Town of Hampton, for an amount not to exceed $1,896,169.39. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
