Description

Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on March 10, 2018 a Mental Health Worker II at New Hampshire Hospital sustained an injury in the line of duty due to a hostile or over act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
