Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option with Public Consulting Group Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9-27-17, item #19A), to continue to provide consultation and preparation services for NH Hospital by reviewing filed Medicare Cost Reports, for reopening, preparing Medicare Cost Reports, and consulting with the Department to improve processes and procedures that will result in the most accurate representation of costs for the Department in compliance with the federal requirements, by increasing the price by $25,750 from $45,970, in an amount not to exceed $71,720, and by extending the completion date retroactive from March 31, 2018 to March 31, 2020. 26% Federal, 69% General, 5% Agency Funds.
