Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 46 miles in District V in Hillsborough, Merrimack and Rockingham Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $4,106,926.05. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $205,346.31 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 19, 2018. 100% Other Funds (78% Betterment, 22% Agency Income).
