Authorize to execute the second of two contract renewal options with Dubois & King Inc., South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #43), for Professional Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required, in an amount not to exceed $250,000. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
