Authorize to execute the second of two contract renewal options with Tighe & Bond Inc., Westfield, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #41), for Professional Civil/Environmental Engineering & Master Planning Services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required, in an amount not to exceed $400,000. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
