Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with The Liberty Consulting Group, Quentin, PA, to assist and advise PUC staff in their evaluation of petitions from Liberty Utilities. The two petitions relate to Liberty Utilities’ Least Cost Integrated Resource Plan, Firm Supply and Transportation Agreements, and proposed pipeline and Liquefied Natural Gas facilities (Granite Bridge Project), in an amount not to exceed $249,700. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Utility Assessment.
