Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a sole source contract with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Inc., commonly known as MSF, Irvine, CA, for providing coupon codes for the Basic eCourse on-line training course, in an amount not to exceed $18,354. Effective July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019. 100% Agency Income.
