Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the YWCA of Manchester, NH, from the US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for the purpose of providing an Underserved Populations Coordinator. Effective upon G&C approval or May 1, 2018, whichever is later, through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
