Authorize to enter into an agreement with Manatt, Phelps and Phillips LLP, New York, NY, to provide professional technical assistance and consulting services for the effective development of a Request for Proposals for the re-procurement of the State’s Medicaid Care Management program, in an amount not to exceed $750,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
