Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Adoptive Families for Children Foundation, Concord, NH, to provide a resource repository for NH DCYF child placing agencies and prospective adoptive parents, in order to assist locating families for the children in DCYF guardianship who are waiting for adoptive families, in an amount not to exceed $100,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
