Description

Authorize the Board of Mental Health Services to retroactively amend a sole source contract with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 1-13-16, item #11), to continue to conduct, analyze, and report on the NH Public Mental Health Consumer Survey, by increasing the price by $74,969 from $150,000 to an amount not to exceed $224,969, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
