Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive agreement with The City of Nashua, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #7C) for the provision of Nutrition and/or Transportation Services with no change to the Scope of Work, by increasing the price by $112,770.24 from $264,168.96 to an amount not to exceed $376,939.20, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2017. 43% General, 57% Federal Funds.
