Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Busby Construction Co., Inc., Atkinson, NH, for culvert/slipline rehabilitation for the Red listed Bridge carrying NH 114 over Bowman Brook in Bedford, on the basis of a single bid of $865,568. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $86,556.80 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 26, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
