Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with CHA Consulting Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-9-16, item #38), for preliminary design engineering services to widen approximately 12 miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike from Nashua to Bedford, by increasing the price by $497,642.29 from $2,114,730.22 to $2,612,372.51 for additional design services that were not anticipated in the original scope of work. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2019. 100% Turnpike Funds.
