Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a sole source contract with Anschutz Manchester Hockey LLC, d/b/a Manchester Monarchs, Manchester, NH, to coordinate the highway safety related advertisement campaign during the 2018 season home games, in the amount of $32,500. Effective upon G&C approval through September, 20, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
