Description

Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively enter into a contract with ONSOLVE LLC, Ormond Beach FL, in the amount of $105,000 for the purpose of providing a hosted web-based cellular phone notification system and associated services to alert and warn the public of any impending dangers. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020, with an option to renew for up to three years. 100% Federal Funds.
