Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to retroactively exercise the third five-year lease renewal option with Wayne D. Mitchell and Rosario A. Matias-Mitchell (originally approved by G&C on 12-4-02, item #94), in the amount of $51,878.67 for the portion of real property with right-of-ways to Ayers Mountain for access to Department of Safety communications equipment. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022. 100% Agency Income.
