Authorize the Bureau of Policy and Performance to enter into an agreement with the Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH, to serve as the Administrative Lead Organization of a statewide Health Care Coalition of organizations from across the health care sector in order to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies in an amount not to exceed $1,224,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
