Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-6-13, item #39), by modifying the scope of services in order to complete the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Evaluation, by increasing the price by $97,545 from $1,193,160 to $1,290,705, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2017 to September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
