Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-14-11, item #117), for the continue support of expanded transit service in the Seacoast region, by increasing the amount by $140,550 from $2,806,736 to $2,947,286, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2020. 100% Turnpike Funds.
