Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Bank of New York Mellon, Boston, MA, for bond paying agent, trustee, and arbitrage rebate compliance services, in an amount anticipated not to exceed $351,000. Effective November 1, 2017 through October 27, 2027. Payments under this contract shall be unencumbered with internal accounting control within the Treasury and shall not be drawn from General Funds.
