Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a lease agreement with Townsquare Media Portsmouth LLC d/b/a Townsquare Media NH, headquartered in Greenwich, CT, for equipment and antenna space in designated areas on Mount Washington on Sargent’s Purchase, NH. (2)Further authorize to accept an initial annual rental payment of $29,990.10. Effective upon G&C approval through a period of 5 years.
