Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into grant agreements with the counties and municipalities as detailed in letter dated August 25, 2017, for a total amount of $1,200,000 for the investigation and apprehension of individuals or organizations that are involved in opioid related drug use and trafficking. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% General Funds.
