Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source negotiated bid construction contract with Brookstone Builders Inc., Manchester, NH, for the Adjutant General Department’s NH Army National Guard State Military Reserve Renovations, Concord, NH, for a price not to exceed $3,023,723. (2)Further authorize the amount of $48,743 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $3,072,466. Effective upon G&C approval through August 2, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
