TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Volinsky, seconded by Councilor Pappas, voted to table the request of the Division of Educational Improvements to enter into a contract with the American Institutes for Research in the Behavioral Sciences, Washington, DC, in the amount of $9,550,030. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021, with an option to renew for up to one addition three year period. 50% State, 50% Federal Funds.
