Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Chester to purchase and install physical security and surveillance equipment at Chester’s Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $16,600. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
