Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Families in Transition, Manchester, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to homeless individuals and/or families with disabilities through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $71,374. Effective September 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through August 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
