Authorize to exercise a renewal option to existing agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated July 18, 2016 (originally approved by G&C on 9-16-15, item #16), for the provision of dental treatment to adults sixty years of age or older in need of early or immediate intervention who lack financial resources by increasing the price by $55,772 from $27,886 to $83,658, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2016 to September 30, 2018. No maximum client or service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $27,886 per state fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
