Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source agreement with the Northern New England Concrete Promotion Association, South Portland, ME, to participate in NETTCP’s training and certification program, for a fee not to exceed $12,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
