Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into an agreement with the firm of Whitman, Requardt & Associates LLP, Baltimore, MD, to develop a comprehensive multi-modal (air, rail, port and highways) Statewide Freight Plan for NH, for an amount not to exceed $489,980. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
