Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Severino Trucking Co Inc., Candia, NH, for reconstructing the Spaulding Turnpike (NH Route 16) in Newington and Dover, on the basis of a low bid of $67,142,015.35. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $2,100,000 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2020. 100% Turnpike Funds.
