Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with E.D. Swett Inc., Belmont, NH, for the complete removal and replacement of the existing NH 153 bridge over the Cocheco River located in the town of Farmington, on the basis of a low bid of $2,063,478.80. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $103,173.94 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 15, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
