Authorize to enter into a retroactive interagency lease agreement with the NH Department of Transportation in the amount of $25,160 annually for space at the NHDOT 11 Stickney Ave Facility, Concord, NH, to house the Liquor Commission Maintenance Section. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. 100% Liquor Funds.
