Authorize to enter into a contract with Strategen Consulting LLC, Berkeley, CA, to provide expert services to support the OCA’s participation in the Net Energy Metering proceeding, before the NH Public Utilities Commission, in an amount not to exceed $75,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. Fiscal Committee approved.
